At SolaceWear, our mission is to provide products that support your comfort, confidence, and well-being. Because of the intimate and personal nature of our items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, we do offer a limited exchange policy for our tights to ensure you find the best possible fit.Eligibility for ExchangesExchanges are available only for SolaceWear tights that do not fit.To qualify for an exchange, items must be:In original, unworn condition.Free of visible wear, damage, stains, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, or other hygiene-related issues.Returned in the original packaging.Requests must be made within 15 days of the shipment date.All exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.Exchanges are available for U.S. customers only.Each order is eligible for one exchange per item only (no multiple size swaps).Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:Teas or any consumable products.Gemstone bracelets.Jewelry or other accessories offered with the tights.Defective or Incorrect ItemsIf your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]

with:Your full name and order number.The size you received and the size you are requesting.Photos of the item to confirm it meets our exchange criteria.Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages).Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange within 7–10 business days.Important NotesWe do not issue refunds, store credits, or accept returns.Exchanges are limited to size adjustments on tights only.Items that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.
